WE know how it is these days…you are SO busy.  It’s easy to get overwhelmed and disconnected when there is no time to turn it all off.  If you manage to turn off the devices, the mind is so busy, you can’t get quiet enough to listen to your intuition or inner voice.

When you are disconnected, you don’t know where to start to calm down or how to lift your energy so you check your emails to get that false sense of aliveness.  After a while you find yourself with relationship or health issues…life just seemed to have gotten away on you.

But it does not have to be that way.  It’s never too late to get back into the driver’s seat and make life affirming decisions but first you need to slow down.

Ronna will teach you proven meditation techniques that will calm the mind, harmonize your head and heart and help you listen to yourself.

During the walk she uses natural features in the landscape as a metaphor to help you discover the wisdom and courage you need to make decisions that are right for you.  Often times you will be drawn to an object in nature, through a series of questions.  Ronna will help you to understand what message that particular object has forwalking you.

Science shows that when the mind is calm you shift into a coherent state and the heart and brain work together synergistically like two systems working as one.  You reach a state of harmony and flow intentionally (not by accident).

As the coach, Ronna will teach you simple meditation techniques.  She will listen, ask questions and help you access your inner voice and then you decide on what steps you need to take towards your goals.
